Villa Anamarija is located in place Zupa Biokovska in the Dalmatian hinterland. The village is located below the mountain of Biokovo, an hour drive from the city of Split. Villa Anamarija is located in a secluded position, surrounded by the mountain and green area. The property is easy accessed thanks to its position along the road, but you won’t be disturbed by the noise due to low traffic in the area.
The closes grocery store is 4 km away, infirmary and exchange office 14 km, bakery 15 km, sea and the beach 18 km, centre of the city 20 km away.
Villa Anamarija spreads on two floors and has a nice garden which includes also lavender and rosemary.
Ground floor: dining room, kitchen and living room, double bedroom with en suite shower room, separate bathroom.
Upper floor: balcony overlooking the mountain and its foothill, double bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom (beds can be connected into double bed) with en suite bathroom.
Outdoors: garden, private pool with sun lounges, summer kitchen, terrace, 4 parking spots.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen (stove, 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hood, coffee maker, microwave oven, blender, kettle, ice maker), washing machine, air conditioning in every room, satellite TV, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, safe deposit box, telephone, Wi-Fi internet, Hi-Fi, home theater, outdoor shower, outdoor fireplace wit barbeque, garden furniture, sun chairs, parasol, table tennis, 4 mountain bikes.

In the vicinity are also the vineyards of the villa owner and you are welcome to visit them with bikes or to participate in the grape harvest and wine making in September. The wine cellar next to the house is filled with homemade delicacies (extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, zucchini, artichokes, asparagus, potatoes, cherries, apples, figs…).
In the immediate vicinity of the villa, just a few minutes' walk away, there are sports fields available to guests.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 5 weeks prior to arrival.

Extra cost:
Tourist tax (obligatory): 1,10 Euro/person/day
Security deposit: 300 Euro
Extra cleaning: 120 Euro
Pets allowed (max 1 pet) - surcharge 10 Euro/day

Minimum stay:
24.06. - 26.08.: 7 days, arrivals any day.
Other periods: 4 days. Cleaning fee surcharge 120 Euro for stays shorter than 7 nights.
