Two semi-detached villas are built on a 47 500 m² of private olive orchard on a small island. The villas have 580 m of private beach and an infinity swimming pool with saltwater (4 x 10 m). There is also a terrace of 300 m² with sea view and barbecue. Villa 1 (4+2) is only rented in combination with villa 2 (6+2) and it consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a living room. Villa 2, which can be rented out separately, consists of 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a shower, open plan kitchen, a living room and a dining area. You can get to the island: by your own boat, by renting a boat in Biograd or you can use the Zizanj taxi boat service. There are no supermarkets on the island so it is highly recommended to bring your own food.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Prices include: villa rent, 2 private piers for the boats, 580 m private beach, 47.500 m2 garden, bed linen, towels and pool towels, concierge service, pool and garden maintenance, tourist tax, final cleaning, cleaning once a week for stays longer than 1 week, transfer to and from the island when staying min. one week
Extra payments:
Security deposit: 1.000 Euro (villa for 6+2 guests), 1.500 Euro (10+4 guests)
Extra transfer to and from the island: 400 Euro
It is possible to hire a maid, cook or rent a boat with captain for daily trips at extra cost.
Pets allowed on request.
