Charming villa Marisa is situated in the small Istrian village Vosteni, near Porec. Villa’s location is ideal for a family or smaller group of friends in search for a relaxed holiday away from hustle and bustle of bigger towns and at the same time with a handful of options to try many activities this region has to offer. The villa Marisa is situated on a property measuring 600 sqm, its guests can enjoy their time around an outdoor swimming pool of 32 sqm surrounded with sun loungers, relaxing on a covered terrace with summer kitchen where they can prepare meals and have fun together. At guests’ disposal are and 2 parking places. The house consists of two levels, the ground floor and the first floor. Kitchen/dining area and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom are on the ground floor. Upstairs guests can find 3 double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. There is also a half bath in the house.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival at the villa.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 500 Euro.
Pets allowed: 5 Euro/pet/day
