Villa Alfie is the best choice for families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays in peace. The villa itself has private parking for 2 cars and consists of two floors, ground floor and first floor. At the ground floor there is a twin bedroom (80 x 190 cm), shower room and kitchen/living/dining room with (TV/SAT, DVD) A/C and exit to the large furnished terrace, the perfect place to relax and private pool. In addition, on the terrace are an outdoor shower, 6 deck chairs and portable grill. At the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, bathroom and roofed terrace (30 m2). In the first double bedroom you can find French bed (160 x 200 cm) and extra sofa bed (90 x 190 cm) with en suite shower room, SAT/TV, A/C. In the second double bedroom (160 x 190 cm) is safety deposit box and A/C. And the third air-conditioned double bedroom (160 x 190 cm) has en suite shower room with hair dryer. All three double bedrooms have an exit to the terrace. Villa Alfie was built in 2017 and it is situated in Vlakovo, 13 km from Labin. There you can find supermarkets, pharmacy and other amenities. In camp Tunarica is the nearest beach/shop 5 km away from the villa, while airport in Pula is 42 km away.

Air conditioning, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, satellite TV/DVD, BBQ, Wi-Fi internet access.
*Right next to the villa Alfie is the sister villa Maisie.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
The price includes: welcome pack, final cleaning, tourist tax, wireless internet access.
Extra payments:
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Pets are allowed: 10 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay:
01.06. – 07.09.2024.: 7 days, arrivals on Saturday.
Other periods: 6 days, arrivals possible any day of the week.
Note: swimming pool is open between 01.05. and 23.10.2024.
