Villa Fani is a beautiful family house placed near Porec and Novigrad in Istria. The nearest beach “Santa Marina” is only 800 m away from the villa, while the restaurant and grocery store are to be found at 100 m distance. Porec and Novigrad (only 5 km distance) are well known holiday resorts so the rich sport and entertaining offer is only a couple of kilometers away from the house – cycling routes, equestrian center, go-karts, paintball, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, cafés, disco clubs…
The villa, given its 300 years old history is designed in typical Istrian style, the exterior in authentic Istrian stone, while the interior offers all the comforts of modern life. The house spreads on two floors and accommodates up to 8 persons. The ground floor is designed as a studio apartment for 2 persons, while the upper floor has two bedrooms and is suitable for 4+2 persons.
The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool and barbeque area, parking lot.

Payment conditions: 40% upon reservation and 60% one month prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, final cleaning, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 200 Euro
Minimum stay: 7 days, day of arrival: Saturday
Shorter stay is possible upon request.
