Villa Vicko is located in the centre of picturesque village Sumartin on island Brac near Split. This traditional Dalmatian stone house, completely renovated in 2009, is actually right by the sea and close to the shops, coffee bars and restaurants. It consists of two studio apartments (upper floor) and one ground floor apartment, but to protect guests' peace and privacy, it can only be rented out as a complete unit with garden and pool.
The interiors are tastefully designed and the apartments are equipped with all you might need during your stay. Both studio apartments have double bedroom, bathroom with shower unit and kitchen with sitting room (sofa with extra bed for one person). The ground floor apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room. Guests have at their disposal also a terrace with summer kitchen and BBQ area, garden, private swimming pool with sea view, outdoor shower and parking.
Equipment in each apartment: washing machine, air conditioning, heating, TV, internet access, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, baby cot available upon request.
Villa Vicko is ideal for families with children or groups of friends who want to spend time together while enjoying the natural beauties and sea activities on island Brac. Those who prefer more entertainment and activity can easily visit Bol which has a lively nightlife and plenty of sports activities.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% one month prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the villa, VAT, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, bed linen and towels.
Extra payments:
Tourist tax - 1,40 Euro/person/day
Heating of the pool in April, May, September, October - 50 Euro/day
Pets allowed (max. 2) - 10 Euro/pet/day
Telephone use and other extra services not included in price.
Security deposit - 300 Euro
Minimum stay:
