Villa Kaja is a beautifully renovated traditional Dalmatian stone house, situated in the western part of the village of Sumartin on Brac. It accommodates up to 10 persons.

Villa Kaja is situated in Sumartin on the island of Brac. Brac is the biggest island in central Dalmatia, it is easy reachable from the coast due to regular ferry lines from Split. It is also connected with other Croatian islands and it has its own airport.
This lovely villa is a traditional stone house, renovated in 2011 and furnished with authentic period furniture. It is situated only 100 m from the town centre of Sumartin, where you will find the grocery store, exchange office, bus stop and ferry port, cafés and restaurants… The villa has a nice view to the sea. The sea and the nearest beach are only 100 m away.
Villa Kaja can comfortably accommodate 8-10 persons. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, separate toilette, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor are placed the other 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and a large sea view terrace with furniture. Outdoor is a big Mediterranean garden, a terrace, table for table tennis, kids' playground with trampoline and private swimming pool.
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen – 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hood, coffee filter machine, microwave oven, mixer, kettle, satellite TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, wireless internet connection, air conditioning, washing machine, high chair and baby cot available on request, garden with furniture, swimming pool.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% 5 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, garden and pool maintenance.
Extra costs:
Tourist tax (obligatory): 1,40 Euro/person/day
Security deposit: 500 Euro
Extra cleaning: 120 Euro
Baby cot and high chair: available on request.
Pets are allowed: 10 Euro/pet/day
Minimum stay:
24.06. - 26.08.: 7 days, arrivals any day.
Other periods: 3 days. Cleaning fee surcharge 120 Euro for stays shorter than 7 nights.
