This beautiful, modern and very elegant villa is located in small place Stanici, nearby the town of Omis and 25 km away from the city of Split. It is completely new villa, built in 2017. Only 140 m away from the beach, property of this stunning villa extends on 1.000 m2 and the interior space of villa Felicidad has 400 m2 with three levels: ground floor, first and the second floor. This stunning villa is fully equipped with modern technology elements and has all amenities to make your holiday unforgettable. Along with all luxuries, for complete relaxation and fun, guests have at disposal wellness and game zone that are on the ground floor and consist of wellness room with finish sauna, meditation room, fitness room with gym equipment and a game room with a bar, table football, table tennis and SAT/Smart TV. On this part of the villa there is also one bathroom with shower.
Central part of villa Felicidad is the first floor connected with ground floor with stone stair case. On this floor is large and completely equipped kitchen (stove, oven, wine cooler, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, espresso coffee machine, ice maker, mixer, blender, toaster and dishwasher) with two bars. Spacious and modern dining and living area with glass walls have amazing view on the sea and islands. Here you can enjoy all the comfort and relax in perfectly arranged living space with SAT/Smart TV. From here you have exit to the main terrace and swimming pool (with special hydrolysis system), outside jacuzzi, sun chairs and loungers, outdoor dining with furniture and BBQ area. In comfort sun chairs and loungers, you can sunbathe and enjoy warm summer evenings and chill out with your friends. On this floor, there is one guest toilet.
On the second floor of villa Felicidad there are 4 ensuite bedrooms. Master bedroom is very spacious and has bathtub and shower as well as walk in wardrobe. Other 3 bedrooms have its own bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms have SAT Smart TV and private balconies with stunning sea view.
Whole space of villa Felicidad has A/C and access to Wi-Fi. Villa Felicidad also has a garage (with Honda Chopper at guest’s disposal) with 2 spots and outdoor parking with two places.
Small place Stanici is beautiful and quiet place on the Adriatic coast with nice sandy beaches, near the town Omis, famous by its adrenaline rush activities like zipline, rafting, paragliding, paint ball, rock climbing etc. The city of Split is more than 1700 years old and full of cultural and historical richness. Diocletian’s palace is under UNESCO protection and represents true and unique monuments so is highly recommended to be visited.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities, change of linen and towels (every 3 days), pool and garden maintenance, VAT, Wi-Fi, parking, concierge services, villa manager, welcome package and tourist tax.
Security deposit: 1.000 Euro.
Minimum stay: 27.05. - 26.08. 7 days. Arrivals on Saturdays.
Other periods: 5 days, arrivals any day of the week.
