First floor: one bedroom with en suite bathroom, living room, playroom and gym.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 5 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, garden and pool maintenance, tourist tax.
Additional bed available on request: 60 Euro/day
Security deposit: 500 Euro. During Ultra festival security deposit is 1.000 Euro.1. Minimum stay:
19.06. - 10.09.: 7 days, arrivals any day.
