This beautiful holiday home by the sea is situated in the town of Split, in a peaceful sea-view location. Split is the biggest city in Central Dalmatia; it is a big city with great cultural heritage, rich tourist and entertaining offer, beautiful nature and the ideal starting point to many excursions to the nearby islands.
Villa Lora is situated on the foot of the forest Marjan. Its main attraction is its peaceful and tranquil surrounding by the sea and the position near the centre of the town, only 5 minutes walking distance from the local restaurants, coffee shops, museums… The beautiful beaches are 10—15 walking minutes away. The town centre with its facilities, as well as the clinic, exchange office, petrol station and all other you might need are at 200m. The nearest grocery store, the pharmacy and the bus station are 100 m away.
Holiday home Lora is a traditional Dalmatian house that was renovated in 2009. It is a combination of the authentic stile and modern design and offers a comfortable stay on two floors.
Ground floor: 3 bedrooms (one double, 2 single rooms + 1 extra bed, 1 sofa bed in the dining room for 2 persons), kitchen, dining and living room, bathroom.
First floor: 1 bedroom (1 x double bed + 1 single bed), bathroom
Outdoor: garden, terrace, outdoor shower, outdoor summer kitchen, barbeque, big dining table and sun beds.

Payment conditions: 30% upon reservation and 70% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily rent, electricity, water, linen, towels, garden maintenance.
Cleaning: 50 Euro.
Tourist tax: up to 1,40 Euro/person/day.
Minimum stay: 4 nights
Day of arrival: Saturday in July and August, other periods – on request.
