Villa Gabi is located in Rovinjsko selo, on a private fenced propriety of 1000 m2, 7 km distance from the beach. It was built in 2003 and has two floors (220 m2). In 3 double bedrooms it can comfortably accommodate up to six persons. Along with 3 bedrooms villa also has 3 bathrooms and one toilette. Spacious living and dining area with SAT/TV and DVD with an excellently equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and a coffee machine) offers all amenities you will need during your stay in the villa. Whole villa has free Wi-Fi and is air conditioned. The outdoor area includes L shaped private swimming pool, six sun lounges, covered terrace with the furniture and outside dining area with BBQ area as well as private parking lot.
The nearest airport is in Pula, 45 km away. Beautiful seaside town Rovinj is only 7 km away with nice and various selection of restaurants, bars, shops and cultural treasure to visit. Villa has an ideal location for all those who prefer an interesting and active holiday, as cities of Pula, Vrsar and Porec along with the medieval hill top towns of Groznjan and Motovun are very close and offer great sights for daily trips.
Also, we highly recommend you to visit famous national park Brijuni.
