Villa Scarlet is a brand new luxury villa located in Rovinj, one of the most beautiful towns in Croatia. Interior’s highly modern décor forms an inviting mood to relax in spa room or enjoy cooking in villa’s fully equipped kitchen, both situated on the ground floor. There is also a toilet and an exit to the pool area. The first floor features a sleeping area with four en suite double bedrooms, all air conditioned and two with an exit to the shared balcony and one having a safe. Two bedrooms also have pull out sofa bed. Other than heated pool, this fenced villa also has BBQ area outside and covered terrace with table and chairs, shower, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. Parking space is ensured for 3 cars.
Thanks to villa’s excellent location, it is highly recommended to easily explore Istria since Rovinj is well-known for exquisite tourist offer in terms of one-day trips, bars, restaurants, shops, pebble beaches, water sports and is only half an hour drive to town Porec and other interesting Istrian places.
Villa’s facilities: espresso coffee machine, oven, freezer, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, spa room (Finish sauna, jacuzzi), safe, TV/SAT, Wi-Fi, BBQ – gas, heated pool (9 x 4 m, depth 1,4 m), 8 sun loungers, 2 sun umbrellas.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities, change of bed linen and towels, garden and pool maintenance, final cleaning, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 500 Euro.
Pets are allowed: 10 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay: 18.05. - 06.09.2024.: 7 days; arrivals on Saturday.
