Villa Delfina is located in Rogoznica, a famous tourist destination in Dalmatia. Rogoznica is known for her beautiful beaches, entertaining and cultural events and a wide offer of coffee bars and restaurants. Its location is prefect if you’re interested in discovering the surrounding (town of Trogir, Split, Sibenik, Zadar, national park Plitvice lakes and River Krka).
Villa Delfina spreads on two floors and consists of two apartments but is rented as one complete unit.
Ground floor apartment: two double bedrooms, bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen.
First floor apartment: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen.
Outdoor area: pool with deck chairs, big garden, barbeque area, large terrace with big stone table and wooden benches and chairs, garage for two cars and parking space in front of the villa for up to 3 cars.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen (coffee filter machine, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher), washing machine, LCD satellite TV, DVD, internet, safe, fireplace/barbeque, air conditioning, heating, baby cot available, sea view terrace with furniture, private pool, garden, parking.
