Villa Paulina is a high luxury property, located in the tranquil surrounding of Puntinak on the island of Brac. The villa is placed directly by the sea. Distance to the town center (restaurant, ferry, bus station, clinic) is 1,4 km. The nearest shop is at 1,2 km distance from the property.
This newly built and elegant villa is an outstanding example of modern Dalmatian architecture. Each detail in the villa was carefully chosen – from the striking crystal chandeliers, the stone sinks, beautiful fabrics to the contemporary furnishings. Villa Paulina spreads on three levels. There are 4 bedrooms in the house (2 master suites, each with full height glass windows, TV screens linked to central satellite, large private balconies with seating areas; two double en suite bedrooms with patio doors leading to the main terrace), 5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room (folding glass door allow the ground floor to become open plan, crating al fresco living environment), terrace, wine cellar, spa with sauna, steam room and gym.
The outdoor area includes a nice terrace with barbecue, pool with sun lounges and outdoor shower, mooring for boats.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities including water, gas, electricity, tourist tax, daily maid service, bed linen and towels changed twice a week, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, welcome pack.
Security deposit: 1000 Euro.
Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay:
July & August: 7 days, arrivals on Saturday.
Other periods: 3 days.
Additional services (laundry, transfers, skippered boat with water sport equipment, baby sitting, masseur, personal trainer, catering) are available on request.
