Villa Emi was built in 2015. It is a new and modern villa located in a quiet location in Pula, at only 2 km distance from the town centre and the sea.
Villa Emi accommodated comfortably 9 persons. There are 5 bedrooms in the house (3 x double bedroom, 1 x twin bedroom, 1 x single bedroom), 3 bathrooms (2 with shower, 1 with bath tub, equipped with shampoo and soap, hair dryer and towels – large, medium, small).
On the ground floor are one double bedroom with air conditioning, single bedroom with air conditioning, shower room (washing machine, iron, hair dryer), fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, Mocca coffee machine, kettle, 3 gas ring/1 electric, blender), living room with smart TV, stereo, DVD and air conditioning, dining room.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath, air conditioning and exit to the balcony, a double bedroom with air conditioning, twin bedroom with air conditioning, shower room with hair dryer, game room.
Garden: private pool with pool deck, sun bathing chairs, large sun umbrella, lawn – ideal for kids play, additional outside parking for 2 cars, fenced in yard and Mediterranean plants (olive trees, lemons, palms, rosemary, lavender), small herb garden.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, blender, mixer, all necessary tableware and glassware and utensils), smart SAT TV, DVD player, stereo, high chair for children, crib available for child up to 4 years, air conditioning in each room, hair dryer, towels (large, medium, small), iron and ironing table, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, Wi-Fi, safe deposit box, toys for children.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: VAT, villa rental, use of all facilities in the villa, garden and pool maintenance, bed linen change 1 x week, towels change 2 x week, final cleaning, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay:
29.06. - 17.08.2024.: 7 days, arrivals on Saturday.
Other periods: 5 days, arrivals any day
