This amazing villa is situated in village Orasac, 12 km far away from the famous Old Town of Dubrovnik. Property spreads onto 1000 m2 villa with beautiful garden fulfilled with Mediterranean trees and herbs. Designed in modern and elegant lines, with pieces of modern art and carefully chosen furniture this stunning house offers a holiday of your dreams. Entrance to the house is through the foyer with open ceiling. Central staircase from the foyer leads to the first floor. Ground floor of villa Florence consists of open – concept kitchen (with all necessary appliances of top quality), dining area with large wooden table for 12 persons and spacious living area, from where there is exit into the outer part with furnitured terrace and heated swimming pool (45 m2) with sun lounges and sun umbrellas. On the outer part of the villa there is also BBQ zone to enjoy summer evenings with your friends or families. On the upper level of the villa there are 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and each bedroom has its own private balcony. Every bedroom is very spacious and can accommodate extra guests on pull-out sofas (total of 4 guests). Front bedrooms have sea view and the side ones have view onto the nature and village. Each bedroom has Wi-Fi and SAT TV. Beyond all this, villa Florence has open terrace on the roof with amazing panorama view. Support rooms in the villa (storage, boiler, laundry and toilette) are situated at the back of the house. Villa Florence has private garage for two vehicles (where from you can enter to the house). At guest disposal, there is villa manager that welcomes you upon arrival and stays at your service during the entire holiday.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% one month prior to the arrival.
The price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the villa, cleaning every 4th day, bed linen and towels change, garden and pool maintenance, villa manager, private concierge, final cleaning, tourist tax, VAT and Wi-Fi.
