Newly constructed villa, Larisa is a stunning house situated in Tatinje Bay in Central Dalmatia, on the island of Ciovo, only a couple of kilometers away from Trogir, beautiful town under UNESCO protection. Property of the villa is only 30 m away from a small beach and has a unique Mediterranean touch having a private garden fulfilled with all sorts of greens and herbs. Villa Larisa has 4 ensuite double bedrooms with sea view while two of them have a terrace. Elegant and modernly furnished living room with fireplace and LCD SAT TV as well as the dining room with its extension to the jacuzzi and access to the pool area along with fully equipped gym and sauna, makes villa Larisa an excellent choice to spend your holiday in complete relaxation. Spacious kitchen has all the amenities that might serve you during your stay: oven, stove, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven, mixer, kettle, icemaker and dishwasher. From the living part as well as from the kitchen there is exit to the terrace. Entire space is air conditioned and possess access to Wi-Fi. In the villa there are also safe deposit box, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, DVD and Hi-Fi system, baby cot, high chair and alarm system.
Outside area of villa Larisa is equally well arranged as the inner part of the house. Infinity heated swimming pool with fresh water and comfortable sunbathing lounges, children’s playground, garden and shaded pergola, dining area al fresco, LCD TV and sound system, putted into nice garden, will make your stay in this villa unforgettable. The price includes: villa rental, use of all amenities in the villa, pool and garden maintenance, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, VAT, tourist tax and Wi-Fi.
