This modern villa was built in 2017 and is situated in Makarac, near small town Milna on the island of Brac. The small place Makarac is reachable through gravel and dirty road. The nearest beach is only 115 m away and with its location this villa offers uniquely relaxing and peaceful holiday being surrounded with Mediterranean nature. Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests having 4 bedrooms (for 7 persons) and one additional bed (1 person). House spreads onto two floors and has modern furniture with beautiful painting on the walls. On the ground floor, there are open kitchen with all amenities (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine, microwave oven, kettle, juicer), dining area with large wooden dining table and the living room with home theatre and SAT/TV. One single bedroom is situated on the ground floor as well as one bathroom with the washing machine. From the ground floor guests exit to the open terrace with fantastic swimming pool with fresh water. Ground floor and the first floor are connected with elegant staircase. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms with shower. Each bedroom is double bedded and has A/C. One of the double beds can be convertible into two separate beds and two of the bedrooms share a terrace with partial sea view. Whole interior space of villa Milna, including the basement, is air conditioned and has Wi-Fi. In the basement there is also entertainment area with the toys for the kids.
Outdoor part of the house has everything to spend lovely sunny days and warm evenings with your dear ones. Swimming pool, zone with sun chairs, umbrellas, shaded part for 8 persons, BBQ in stone, fireplace, summer kitchen, outdoor shower and terrace, all putted into the lovely garden, make villa Milna an excellent choice to spend your vacation. Villa also has a private parking for 4 vehicles.
