Villa Marilena is a modern villa with private pool, built in 2007 and completely renovated in 2012. She is located in a fantastic position, at only 15 minutes drive from the popular historical seaside town of Rovinj. In Rovinj you will find many restaurants, bars, shops as well as the beach. From Villa Marilena you can also easily visit other seaside towns in Istria like Pula or Porec (both within 30 minutes drive from the property) as well as the beautiful hill towns in the central part of the peninsula.

Villa details:
Villa Marilena spreads on two floors. On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 gas rings, oven, toaster, dishwasher, kettle), dining room with table and chairs for 6 persons, living area for 6 persons with satellite TV, air conditioning and exit to the covered terrace with furniture for 6 persons and to the pool area. There are also 2 double bedrooms on the first floor (bed size 180 x 200 cm), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200 cm), a bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer, a bathroom with shower unit as well as a separate toilet. All bedrooms are with air conditioning.
Steps lead to the ground floor where you will find another kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave), dining room with table and chairs for 6 persons as well as living area for 6 with satellite TV, air conditioning and exit to the playground with table tennis. There are 2 double bedrooms on this floor (bed size 180 x 200 cm), one twin bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200 cm), a shower room with washing machine and a shower room with hair dryer. All bedrooms are with air conditioning.
The big fenced property includes a private pool (9,5 x 5,3 m; depth 1,4 m), covered terrace with barbeque and summer kitchen (fridge) with table and chairs for 12 persons, lounge area, 8 sun loungers and 1 sun umbrella, outdoor shower, parking for 4 cars.
