Villa Alberta is a luxurious 5-star villa situated in Lim Bay, one of the most beautiful landscapes on the Istrian peninsula known for extremely clean sea favorable for shellfish cultivation. This contemporary built villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 ensuite bedrooms (4 double rooms and 1 twin that can be transformed into double). All bedrooms have an open sea view and all bathrooms are equipped both with shower and tub. On the ground floor there is jacuzzi room with floor-to-ceiling glass windows that will give you unforgettable moments of relaxation. Outside the villa guests can enjoy large lawned area where spacious outdoor dining room is situated, ideal place for al fresco dining with stunning sea view.
This villa has one special feature – a small sport airport is located nearby. The runway is 800 m long therefore guests can arrive with their private jets or helicopters. Villa Alberta’s location near the sea is ultimate choice for relaxation and enjoying the magnificent views of the sea and Lim Bay.
