Situated in a peaceful position, surrounded by pine woods and unspoiled countryside in the small hamlet of Kranzeti, this beautiful holiday home is a traditional stone villa and a perfect place for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The nearest mini market is at 1 km in the village of Juricani and at 7 km you will find the summer resort town Umag with its shops, bars, restaurants and vivid nightlife. The airport is 80 km away and the seaside distance to the beach is 7 km.
The house was renovated in 2004 and it has retained much of its original charm and character. Around the house is a well-maintained garden, a paved terrace and a big private swimming pool. The house offers comfortable accommodation in a calm environment; it has a spacious lounge/dining area with rustic-style furnishings, a convertible sofa bed and a wood burning stove at the guests disposal. On the ground floor is also a twin bedroom with bathrooms and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and washroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor with one double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and hand-held shower. The master bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with air conditioning, which is big enough for the whole floor.
Villa's appliances: fully equipped kitchen – stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine; air conditioning in the master bedroom, barbeque, phone, TV, video, DVD, terrace with furniture, fireplace, garden with pool, parking, Wi-Fi internet.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: electrical power, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, tourist tax, VAT.
Extra payments: security deposit 200 Euro.
Only very small pet allowed (max. 1): 10 Euro/pet/day
Minimum stay: 7 days in the period 22.06. - 31.08.2024., day of arrival is Saturday.
Other periods: minimum stay is 5 days, arrivals any day.
