Villa Dolly is located in the small village Klostar in Istria region and it welcomes max. 8 guests.
On the ground floor you can find fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, coffee machine...) connected with dining and living area that has TV/SAT, extra bed for 2 persons and beautiful open fireplace. Villa has 3 double bedrooms with en suite shower room, also with TV/SAT, A/C. There is an extra shower room with steam bath for full relaxation. From the living room you have view on the garden and children’s playground with trampoline, kids slide, swing, everything your children needs for fun. Dolly also has infinity sea water swimming pool 1,4 m deep with children’s area (0,4 m deep). Outdoor area includes summer kitchen and covered terrace with barbeque if you want to enjoy your meals outside. Villa is completely suitable for disabled people – villa entrance, bedroom, shower room and garden entrance.
Closest town is Vrsar, 10 km from villa, where you can find nice restaurants, fish market, bank, post office, grocery store, ambulance. For day trips we recommend beautiful historic town Pula, Rovinj, and Porec - one of the most popular destination in Croatia.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities, bed linen and towels, garden and pool maintenance, final cleaning, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Pets are allowed: 10 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay: 7 days, day of arrival – Saturday.
