Villa Andrea is a traditional Istrian stone house built in 1880. The house was completely renovated in 2012 and it is a modernly furnished villa, equipped with all necessary facilities. The house is placed at only 8,5 km distance from the sea and the nearest beaches, bars and sport offer (Vrsar). The nearest restaurant is in Lim Fjord (5 km) and the nearest “konoba” in village Klostar (walking distance from the villa).
Villa Andrea spreads on two floors and consists of a kitchen/dining room/living room, two double and one single bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. The outdoor area includes a private pool with sun lounges and outdoor dining area with barbeque.
Villa’s appliances: fully equipped kitchen – oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher; satellite TV, wireless internet, air conditioning in the hall and in all bedrooms, safe, washing machine, fire place, baby cot available, parking for 2 cars (outside the property), private pool (heated), covered terrace with furniture and barbecue.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities, final cleaning, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 200 Euro.
Minimum stay: 7 days; day of arrival – Saturday.
Pets allowed (max. 2 pet): 10 Euro/pet/day.
Heated pool: 25 Euro/day.
