Villa Fiume was built in 1929 on a property of 1400 square meters and renovated in 2014. The villa is located in Ika, at only 5 km distance from town Opatija and at only 100 m distance from the sea and the promenade.
The villa consists of two parts. The first house consists of a living room with kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. The main house has a large living room with terrace and fireplace, kitchen/dining room, three bedrooms (two of them with balcony) and two bathrooms (one with bath tub and one with shower). The outdoor area includes several terraces, a spacious outdoor kitchen / barbeque with gazebo and a large swimming pool (13 x 5 m), separate toilet and shower.
Villas facilities: fully equipped kitchen – stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher; washing machine, dryer, coffee espresso machine, LCD TV, satellite TV, barbeque, stereo, Wi-Fi internet, sea view terrace with furniture, safe, fire place, air conditioning, heating, baby cot available, garden, private pool, parking.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, tourist tax, Wi-Fi, Finnish sauna
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Pets allowed (maximum 1 pet): 10 Euro/pet/day.
7 days, arrivals on Saturday.
Additional services (daily maid/cleaning service, laundry/dry cleaning, ironing service, preparing breakfast and dinner, tennis courts, excursions, fishing) are available on request and with surcharge.
