Vila Cortesa is situated only a few steps from the sea in the Uljeni Bok bay on the western part of town Hvar. This beautiful villa is located in a private park inhabited by stags, hinds, mouflons and numerous other species. The villa ensures maximum privacy because it is situated in the fenced area with the restricted access so the beach in front of the villa is only for villa’s residents since uninvited visitors are not able to enter the park area.
Local white stone from islands Brac and Hvar was used for villa's construction as well as high quality building materials. Up to 13 persons can be accommodated in 6 double bedrooms. In front of the house there is a beautiful waterfront built in white stone large enough to provide moorings for two boats up to 25 m. On the waterfront, there is a small apartment for two persons with a bedroom and a bathroom with shower box and toilet. Above the apartment there is a terrace with benches and low table. On the second level there is a table and chairs for al fresco dining and an outdoor toilet with washing machine. The third level consists of 2 apartments with double beds, own bathrooms with showers, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The fourth level comprises a large terrace with chairs and a bench, outdoor dining area for 20 people and barbecue, an indoor space with living room, 3 double bedrooms (one master), 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. On the fifth level there is a double bed apartment with bathroom for auxiliary staff.
Town center with restaurants, bars, grocery stores, exchange offices and all amenities guests might need is at 5 minutes driving distance from the villa and only 2 minutes by boat. Ferry port is 20 km from the villa, gas station is at 5,7 km and the bus stop is at 4,3 km distance from the villa.
Equipment: 2 boat bollards, private waterfront, dining room al fresco, garden, terrace, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, private parking, safe, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning.
