This amazing villa is partly newly built and partly renovated stone house and provides opulent vacation to its guests. The villa is equipped to the highest standards to provide ultimate family vacation or even a wonderful choice for the group of young persons who seek privacy yet want to be near a beach. Villa Mladenka offers to its guests heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tub for 6 persons, sauna and gym along with 6 luxury ensuite bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with floor heating and 4 fireplaces and it is fully air conditioned. The property extends to various levels. On the ground level there is a garage and gated parking area for extra safety and security. On this level there is also an office and a laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing table.
Next two levels have 3 ensuite bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), living room, fully equipped kitchen, and large terrace each. Highlight of this amazing property is a rooftop terrace with 12 sunbeds and 10 sun chairs, jacuzzi for 6 persons, sauna, billiard table and gaming area with a flat-screen TV and Play Station 4 console. There is another terrace on the property where heated pool is situated. Guests can soak up the sun lying on 6 sunbeds surrounding the pool or enjoy the scents of the Mediterranean garden placed right next to the terrace. Next to the pool, there is also barbecue area for a relaxed preparation of meals next to the pool.
