Villa Polina is situated in the protected bay of Duga Luka, not far from the town of Labin. The building is just about 30 m from the sea and it has a private access to the beach which includes a private wood covered pontoon for sunbathing. This modern villa is suitable for max. 10 persons as it has 5 double en suite bedrooms located on two levels. On the ground level there are three double bedrooms and on the first floor there is one double bedroom and one bedroom with twin beds as well as kitchen, dining room and large living room that has a fireplace and access to a covered terrace with sea view. All bedrooms are air conditioned, equipped with UHD Smart TV and a safe; each has covered terrace, sitting area and sea view. There are steps leading from the first floor to the ground floor and extensive pool area with 12 sun loungers. Villa Polina is a 5* property that is highlighted with exclusive facilities such as heated pool with waterfall and counter current swimming, fitness area (Orbitrek, weight set), jacuzzi, wellness room (Finnish and Infrared saunas), darts and pool table. There is also a spacious summer kitchen with a barbecue pit so that guests can enjoy dining outside.
