Villa Miriam is located in Dubrovnik’s most elite and private residential neighborhood, at only 800 m distance from the historic old city. The villa is surrounded by cypress trees and wonderful gardens and has a nice view to the sea, beautiful island Lokrum and to the old town of Dubrovnik.
Villa Miriam was built in 1938 and is on the list of preventively protected monuments as a house of exceptional architectural value between the two World Wars. Much care was given to create an interesting and functional spatial design (work of famous international and Croatian designers). The artistic paintings in the villa are works of Nikola Simunovic. Villa Miriam accommodates comfortably up to 12 guests in 4 double and one twin room, one extra king bed in the saloon. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen, tavern, twin bedroom and family bathroom. The first floor consists of a beautiful designed bedroom with en suite bathroom, saloon (closet is transformed into a king size bed) and dining room. Two more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are placed on the second floor, as well as a sea view balcony, lobby, sauna with shower room and mirror room with luxury bathtub which is connected with the attic. The attic consists of a beautiful designed bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom and book corner. The outdoor area includes a private garden, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, dining table and lounge chairs, stunning terrace overlooking the sea, beautiful island Lokrum and the old town of Dubrovnik, garage.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped professional kitchen – stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, barbecue, toaster, microwave, espresso coffee maker, wine fridge; washing machine, iron, floor heating, air conditioning, wireless internet connection, satellite flat screen TV, sauna, private garden, garden furniture and deck chairs, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, private parking place, garage.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa accommodation, use of all equipment in the villa, VAT and tourist tax, bed linen, daily towels change, daily cleaning, garden and swimming pool maintenance
Security deposit: 1.000 Euro
Minimum stay: 01.04. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.11.: 3 days, arrivals any day of the week.
