Traditional Dalmatian stone house was completely renovated in 2012 and furnished for a relaxing stay of groups of friends and/or family members of up to 8 persons. Villa Kolinda is placed in a residential part of Dubrovnik, among other holiday homes and hotels. It is placed at only 50 m distance from the sea and the nearest stone beach while the main public pebble beach is at about 600 m distance from the villa. The old town of Dubrovnik is reached within a 15 minutes walk.
Villa Kolinda spreads on three floors. The ground floor consists of a kitchen / dining room / sitting room (pull out sofa, can be used as extra bed for 2 persons). An internal staircase leads to the first floor with a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. Another one staircase leads to the top floor with a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen – stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, hood, coffee filter machine, microwave oven, kettle; washing machine, air conditioning in every bedroom, satellite TV, free Internet connection, hi-fi, hair dryer, barbeque, garden furniture, garage, one parking spot.
