Villa Antonela, built in 2013, is located in a tranquil village Dubravka on a position with a beautiful view of the landscape. The villa spreads on two floors and has 5 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets and 6 bedrooms in which 12+4 guests can be comfortably accommodated. Two levels are connected by an external staircase, each floor can function as a separate whole which makes it perfect for two families or close groups of friends traveling together. A special feature of this villa is a large jacuzzi situated between the two floors to be shared among the upper and lower floor.
The ground floor consists of 2 doubles and 1 twin bedroom, and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite while the other one is shared). The central part of the lower floor is the open concept area which includes a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a comfortable lounge, both connected to the game room where you can find football table and pool table. On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The signature of the upper floor is rustic indoor barbecue area with wooden tables, which is ideal for spending time together while preparing delicious grilled meals.
On the stone terrace there is a large heated swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and spacious shaded gazebo area. While the adults enjoy their time relaxing by the pool, kids can spend some quality time playing on the kids’ playground.
The airport Cilipi is at 14 km distance from the house as well as town Cavtat with its beaches. Old town Dubrovnik and ferry port are at 38 km distance from the property. Restaurant is at 3 km distance while bar and shop are at only 1 km from the villa.
