Villa Lisa is located on the island of Brac, one of the most famous and popular Croatian islands. It is situated in the centre of the small town Bol, well known for its beach Golden Horn. It is only 30 m from the sea, and every other content, such as restaurants, bars, shops etc are within 500 m distance. This house has been renovated at 2014 and consists of 4 floors (250 m2): ground floor and three additional floors (last floor is an attic). With its simple but modern and functional furniture with some traditional details like stone walls, this villa offers wonderful holiday for a group of friends. Entire space of villa Lisa has A/C, floor heating and Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, there are living (SAT/TV and Hi-Fi speakers) and dining room along with the equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher). For fun and complete relaxation, villa Lisa has a spa zone with finish sauna, jacuzzi and shower, that is also on the ground floor. Villa Lisa has 5 ensuite bedrooms. For guests, on disposal there are 2 additional bed: one single sofa bed (200 x 80 cm) and pull - out sofa (200 x 140 cm). On the first floor, there are two ensuite bedrooms with double beds. Second floor also consists of two double bedded rooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. Third floor, that is an attic, has spacious ensuite bedroom with double bed and exit to the furnitured terrace with amazing sea view.
Outside zone of villa Lisa (200 m2) consists of amazing (heated) swimming pool (22 m2) with fresh water, very comfortable sun chairs and garden furniture, BBQ and outside shower. Villa Lisa is wall fenced and ideal for chilling out and having fun while maintaining privacy.
Beyond all this villa Lisa has additional equipment such as washing machine, clothes dryer, iron with ironing board etc.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% 5 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the villa, bed linen and towels change, garden and pool maintenance, VAT, Wi-Fi, final cleaning and tourist tax.
