Villa Mario is situated in Bijaca near Ljubuski (Bosnia and Herzegovina) on a large private property (4 ha), surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and vibrant nature, near the river Neretva and only 30 minutes from the shimmering Adriatic coast. Villa Mario puts you within an arm’s length of the bustling hotspots of Split, Dubrovnik, Mostar and Sarajevo. It can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people in three separate houses. The master house and a smaller guest house share the hilltop, while the other guest house sits at the bottom of the property. All three houses are similar and consist of two floors. The lower floor in each house is an open-concept area with a modern fully equipped kitchen, large lounge area and dining areas, while the bedrooms are on the upper floors. As you step out of the houses, and take a walk around the property, you will find a swimming pool (120 m2) with sun loungers. Next to the pool, there is a barbecue area, perfect for entertaining poolside parties. By the football field there is another barbecue area, perfect for enjoying food and beverages while watching football matches. Other sports you can enjoy at the property include sand volleyball, basketball, bocce. There is also a separate corner for meditation, while the football field can also be used as a full-sized tennis court. The estate manager can organize various activities for you, like hiking, rafting, canoeing and cultural tours. Guest can also taste the wines produced at the property.
Mostar airport is at 45 km from the villa, Dubrovnik airport is at 120 km from the villa while Split airport is at 150 km from the villa, bar and restaurant are at 5 km distance while the nearest shop is at 3 km from the villa.
