This luxurious villa is situated in Bicine, a small village near towns of Sibenik and Skradin. The villa has lovely greenery view and it is only 1 km away from famous Krka National Park. This property is more than 150 years old and was the home of the famous Croatian literate Nikola Pulic but the villa was renovated in 2018. There are 2 separated houses on the property which consist of 5 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 living rooms with indoor fireplace (one living room has a pull-out sofa for 2 people), 2 indoor and 2 outdoor kitchens. Andriana has 8 A/C units, TVs in all bedrooms and living rooms (satellite channels - Smart TV) as well as two heated swimming pools (32 m2 ) with sun chairs as well as the outdoor area with 2 saunas and 2 hydro massage tubs for guests' relaxation. On the covered terrace, there are also 2 barbecues which are great for preparing the food outside on hot summer days. Kids' playhouse and slide are great feature for a family holiday while 6 bikes available at the villa are great for exploring the nearby national park. The beach with crystal clear water is only 3 km from the villa.

Terms of payment: 50% on reservation and 50% at least 6 weeks before arrival.

Deposit: 500 Euro.
