Apartments Carmen ***
Situated in the calm and sunny bay of Rukavac on island Vis, apartments Carmen are a great choice for a stress free family vacation and water activities.
Apartments Carmen are situated in small fishermen's place Rukavac on the southeast side of the island Vis. Rukavac is about 9 km from town Vis where the main island port is and about 16 km from Komiza. In Rukavac vicinity, there are a couple of small isles and bays famous for the Green Cave (isle Ravnik) and beaches (sand beach Zaglav). The house is located in the centre of the village, only 25 m from the sea. The closest three beaches located in Rukavac are only a walk away from the house so they are easily reachable. In case you would like to go cycling or canoeing, you can rent the equipment from the owner and explore the village and island yourselves.
Apartment 4+1 is the biggest in this house. The interior has about 48 m2 and two terraces and garden surrounding it have about 86 m2. The apartment has a kitchen, big dining area and saloon, two rooms and a bathroom. A washing machine is at guests disposal. There is a satellite TV and air conditioning in saloon. The rooms are suitable for two people. An extra bed can be made for a child in the living room so the apartment can accommodate 4 to 5 persons max. This apartment has a wide terrace on south side which is all in the shadow so the guests can dine out and enjoy the view beneath the palms and grape vine. There is also a garden with an outdoor shower. On the west side of the apartment is a grill area – another dining area with grill and all the necessary for preparing the meals outside. The guests usually enjoy that part of the terrace in the evening as it is more secluded and private. All this outdoor areas are only for use of guest of this apartment.
Apartment 2+1 has about 28 m2 and it is situated on the upper floor. It has one room (for 2), bathroom, small kitchen and saloon area with spare bed. It is air conditioned, with satellite TV and two terraces that together have about 26 m2. The south terrace has a great sea view towards south and the east terrace is perfect to get out of the sun in the afternoons and just lay back.
Apartment 2+1 is very similar. As they are situated on the same floor and separated with the inner hallway they are very popular with guests arriving with smaller families. Apartment has about 26 m2 and a south terrace of about 9 m2. There's one room (for 2), bathroom, small kitchen and saloon with the spare bed.There's the air conditioning and satellite TV in the saloon.
In the back of these two apartments is a garden, yard with outdoor shower and a big dining area. That area has all the necessary for preparing the meals outside (fridge, sink, kitchen utensils...) and a big grill so the guest can dine there, especially in the nice warm evenings and nights. This area is for use for guests in both apartment 2+1. There are also 4 parking spots closer to the road for the apartments' guests (all with sun shade).

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% four weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: water and electrical cost, apartments' equipment, tourist tax, bed linen and towels (weekly change), air conditioning use for 8 hours (for more use, fee of 0,50 Euro/hour is applied), terrace/garden furniture, use of grill area, Wi-Fi use and parking spot
Security deposit (obligatory, returnable): 100 Euro/apartment
Pets allowed (only small) at extra charge - 20 Euro/day
Final cleaning: 40 Euro/apartment (in case the apartment is left tidy as received at the check in, the final cleaning won't be charged)
