Apartment for 2 pax – studio apartment (30 m2) with living room (15 m2), bathroom (6 m2), hallway (9 m2).
Apartment 1 for 3 pax has a surface of 50 m2. It consists of double bedroom (16 m2), living room/kitchen (15 m2), bathroom (8 m2), hallway (10 m2).
Apartment 2 for 3 pax (45 m2) – double bedroom of 13 m2, living room/kitchen of 13 m2, bathroom of 5 m2, hallway 10 m2 and pantry of 2 m2.
Apartment for 4 pax consists of two double bedrooms (17 m2 and 14 m2), a small kitchen (12 m2), an anteroom (11 m2), a bathroom (5 m2) and a separate washroom.
The nearest tourist centre with all necessary facilities (grocery stores, sport and entertaining offer) is Umag. The sea and the stone beaches are in front of the lighthouse, at 30 m distance. The beaches are public and the surrounding with favorable winds and mild sea currents is excellent for windsurfing.
Lighthouse equipment: TV with satellite receiver, bathroom with shower, kitchen equipped with sink, stove, oven and refrigerator, 2 smaller and 2 larger towels, bed sheets and two blankets per bed, electricity of 220 volt, drinking water from rainfall reservoirs.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 15 days prior to arrival.
Price includes: lighthouse rental, use of its facilities, bed linen changed once a week, towels, weekly cleaning.
Extra cost:
