This enchanting stone villa was built in 1856 and renovated in 2006. Its architecture blends in perfectly with the surrounding countryside. This property is at the edge of village Zgrablici that is only a few minutes drive from little town of St. Lovrec where you will find a few grocery shops and post office. Situated on the edge of the village, villa Kata is surrounded by a stone wall of about meter and a half which ensures the complete privacy of the guests staying in this villa. The sea and the nearest beach are 16 km away from the villa.
Villa's traditional style and combination of stone and oak beams give it a very special atmosphere, a mixture of comfort and luxury. A large landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants surrounds this holiday home. Front part of the garden extends to an area with a 12m x 6m swimming pool and covered terrace with small summer kitchen and grill.
On the ground floor is a big dining room with spacious dining table for 12 persons, fully equipped kitchen with exit to the outdoor terrace and barbeque area with big dining table and chairs for up to 12 persons. From the dining room you enter to the spacious living room with stone fireplace, sofas and SAT/TV. There is also a toilet with washing machine and an empty spare room which can be used as storage (for food, luggage, bicycles…) and the stairs which lead to the first floor. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of them share one bathroom with shower unit and one double room is with en suite bathroom with bath tub and in this bedroom there is also a baby cot. From the hallway on the first floor there is an exit to the terrace on one side and to the balcony on the other side. The big front terrace is with stairs that lead to the pool, garden and entrance gate. The smaller balcony is situated on the opposite side and it is equipped with table and chairs for 4 persons and has a beautiful view to the village and to the sea in distance. Wooden stairs lead from the first floor to the second floor in the attic with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower units.
Villa's appliances: fully equipped kitchen - stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher; washing machine, fireplace, baby cot, BBQ, satellite TV, private pool, garden, parking.
