Villa Gabriela is a beautiful house with pool, placed in a pine wood at the northern part of island Ciovo. It has a beautiful view to the sea and to the bay of Kastela. Island Ciovo is situated near Trogir and is connected with the shore by a small bridge. Trogir, the town-museum with many cultural and historical monuments as well as with a rich entertaining offer (coffee bars, restaurants) is only 2,8 km away from the villa. The villa is placed near the airport Split (8 km distance) and in an ideal position to discover the surrounding (Split 25 km, National park Kornati 60 km, National park Krka 60 km). The nearest beach, grocery store, coffee bar and restaurant are only 800 m away from the property. The large property of villa Gabriela is paved in with a stone wall and it includes a professionally landscaped Mediterranean garden, modern designed pool, a summer cottage with barbeque, 3 parking places on the property and 2 in the garage. There are two outdoor showers by the pool and a separate toilet (under the stairs which lead to the first floor) for the guests’ use while spending their time outdoors. The villa itself has a surface of 400 m2 and it spreads on three floors. The ground floor consists of two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower, small fridge, TV and balcony and a reception. The house keeper is accommodated in one bedroom. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor with a large sea view terrace (table and chairs), kitchen/dining/living room, master double bedroom with private bathroom, one twin and one double room, bathroom with shower. The second floor consists actually of two apartments, each of them with a kitchen/dining/living area and double bedroom. Wooden staircases lead from each of these two apartments to a gallery with two single beds.
