Villa Bella is located in the picturesque bay of Zaton, at only 10 minutes drive from the Old town of Dubrovnik. This gorgeous and luxury private estate with 6 spacious bedrooms, several living rooms and terraces is ideal for complete relaxation.
The property dates back from the 15th century and it was originally the summer retreat for aristocrats. Today, after a complete reconstruction, villa Bella is a completely smart and comfortable villa that accommodates up to 12+2 guests. Everything from lighting (indoor and outdoor lighting), music (sound system throughout the property) up to the temperatures can be regulated by a simple touch of the screen on main tablet.
Outdoor area is quiet and private and completely secluded by high stone walls. It includes terraced Mediterranean gardens, local sorts like citruses, olives and lavender, herb garden; outdoor pool, shaded lounge, outdoor grill, outdoor sofas, chapel of St. Jerome, two outdoor terraces with view of Zaton bay, its marina and the sea.
Villa Bella spreads on two floors covering a surface of 500 m2. The house was built of traditional Croatian materials like stone and tufa but also of quality wood and glass. Historic details blend in perfectly with the clean and modern design.
Ground floor: entrance foyer, welcome area and lounge. To the right of the foyer are two double bedrooms with bathrooms and exit to the garden, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Left of the foyer is a fully equipped professional kitchen, a large open bar area with cozy living room and impressive dining area.
Historic staircase lead to the upper floor with library, 4 luxury suites (each on two floor levels) with comfortable lounge, modern bathroom, walk in shower, floor heating on the lower level, wooden staircase leading to the gallery with a king size double bed, satellite TV, and safe.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest one month prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, Croatian VAT, tourist tax, daily cleaning, welcome pack, garden and pool maintenance, Wi-Fi internet, service of house manager and concierge
Security deposit: 3.000 Euro
Minimum stay: June – September: 7 days.
