Villa Aida was built in 1931 and completely renovated in 2014. The villa is located on the shore of eastern Istrian coast, in the village Vlakovo, at only 15 km distance from Labin (biggest town in the area, tourist centre) and at only 3,5 km distance from the beach. The picturesque countryside and peaceful surrounding offer complete relaxation for the guests.
Villa Aida was elegantly and modernly equipped and it offers a nice stay for up to 9 guests. There are 5 bedrooms in the villa (3 double, 1 twin and 1 single), 4 bathrooms with shower units and one separate toilet, kitchen, dining and living room. The outdoor area includes a nice garden with private pool, volleyball playground and parking.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen – coffee espresso machine, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher; washing machine, Satellite TV, TV LCD, heating, safe, terrace with furniture, private pool, garden, fire place, baby cot available, parking, volleyball playground (sand), hair dryer, Wi-Fi internet.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Minimum stay:
15.06. – 31.08.2024.: 7 days, day of arrival is Saturday.
Other periods: minimum stay is 4 days.
Pets allowed (max. 3 pets): 10 Euro/pet/day.
