Villa Albona is recently built villa situated in village Viskovici on the eastern Istrian coast. It is ideal vacation retreat for large groups of friends or family. This luxurious villa with 5 bedrooms and bathrooms provides comfortable stay for up to 9 persons. It spreads on 3 floors, ground floor, first and second floor. When you enter the villa, you will find yourself in a game room equipped with pool table and darts. Ground floor features utility room, toilet, wellness room with Finnish sauna and jacuzzi, as well as two double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, on the first floor there is living and dining area which opens into the kitchen. Large patio doors lead out onto a terrace with amazing sea view and lounge area with table and chairs. Single bedroom with ensuite shower room, double bedroom and an additional shower room are also situated on the first floor. The second floor features master bedroom, shower room and balcony with amazing sea views.
Outside the villa, guests can enjoy spending their time soaking up the sun by the pool or gathered around the table in the summer kitchen equipped with barbecue, while for sports fans there are volleyball and basketball courts.
The villa is 15 km from Labin, resort Rabac with beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and shops is 20 km from the villa, sea is 2 km from the villa and the airport is at 45 km distance.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% 6 weeks before arrival.
Price includes: villa rent, use of all amenities in the villa, bed linen and towels, tourist tax, final cleaning
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay:
