Villa Magda is a modern house, equipped to the highest architectural and design standards. She is located in Valbandon at 8 km distance from town Pula (famous archeological sites from the Roman period, restaurants, malls etc.). The sea and the beach are at 1 km distance from the villa while the charming resort Fazana is at 2 km distance from the property. Property of villa Magda comprises of large garden with private pool, covered terrace with furniture and barbeque area, parking, playground for basketball and table tennis and two buildings.
Main house: connected kitchen (fully equipped – oven, kettle, fridge, freezer) with open fire place and dining area with satellite TV and air conditioning, shower room (washing machine) and double bedroom (in the basement) with satellite TV and air conditioning.
Separate suite: connected kitchen, dining and living area (couch for 2 persons) with satellite TV and air conditioning, shower room.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the villa, tourist tax and final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance.
Security deposit: 200 Euro.
Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay: 7 days in the period 22.06. - 07.09.2024., arrivals on Saturday.
