This stunning villa is located in Trsteno, place where Dubrovnik aristocrats built their summer estates during Renaissance. The region’s oldest botanical garden Arboretum Trsteno is just below the villa. The property extends on the surface of 1500 m² on 3 levels: first level-roadside (4 parking spots), second level-the main villa with the annex, front terrace overlooking the sea, barbecue, outdoor dining table for 12, outdoor lounge and a swimming pool (55m²), and the third level comprising the garden and a small pavilion. Throughout the house you can enjoy the contemporary lines of the furniture and carefully selected historic details. The main villa has 300 m² and it is perfect for up to 12 persons who can be accommodated in 6 double rooms: five of them being in the main house and one in the side annex of the villa (ideal for staff or guests looking for more privacy). Dining room with a table for 12 is the main room on the ground floor along with the fully equipped and modernly designed kitchen. There are also 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a bath and a shower, and the other two bedrooms share a bath with a Jacuzzi (one of them having a direct access to the front terrace). The upper floor, furnished with elegant and luxurious furniture comprises a central lounge and 2 master bedrooms, each with a king size bed, a private bath with a tub and a shower, a walk-in wardrobe and a small balcony. The sixth bedroom with 2 twin beds (easily converted to a double), a bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe is in the villa annex.

If you like to explore the region, Dubrovnik Old Town is a 15-minute ride by boat or car, or you can visit the wine region of Peljesac, the Elaphiti islands, magnificent Korcula island or taste the oysters of Ston.
