Villa Vincenat was built in 2011 and it is placed on a big private property, surrounded by greenery and the wood near St. Vincenat in Istria. The airport Pula is to be found at 34 km distance from the villa and the sea and the beaches are 20 km away (Rovinj). The centre of Svetvincenat is only 300 m away from the property and there you’ll find the restaurant, post, bank, coffee bar, grocery shop.
Villa Vincenat spreads on two floors and has also a guest house (apartment) with separate entrance. Guest house: living area with pull out sofa bed (180 x 200 cm), satellite TV, DVD, espresso coffee machine, heating (air conditioning not available), shower room (shower, wash basin, bidet, toilet).
The main house spreads on two floors. Ground floor: kitchen and dining area (dishwasher, 4 ring electric stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dining facilities, filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, table and chairs for up to 6 persons), living area (satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, air conditioning, wireless internet, fire place, exit to the covered terrace, pool view), utility room (iron set, washing machine, dryer), double bedroom (double bed, exit to the covered terrace, pool view, air conditioning not available), double bedroom (double bed, exit to the covered terrace, pool view, air conditioning not available), shower room (shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet, hair dryer), toilet (washbasin, toilet). The first floor comprises a master bedroom with en suite bathroom (bath, shower, wash basin, bidet, toilet, hair dryer, double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, village and pool view) with exit to the uncovered terrace. The outdoor area includes a private pool, outside shower, barbeque, covered terrace with table and chairs for up to 6 persons, uncovered terrace with table and chairs for up to 8 persons, covered parking for 2 cars, uncovered parking for 2 cars.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, garden and pool maintenance, final cleaning, tourist tax, wireless internet.
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Minimum stay: 7 days, arrivals on Saturdays.
