Villa Iris is a Dalmatian stone house located in a quiet part of Supetar on the island of Brac. The villa is located at only 1,5 km distance from the town centre. The sea and the beach are only 400 m away from the property, the grocery store is 300 m away. Villa Iris spreads on two floors and has a nice outdoor area with garden, pool, uncovered and covered terrace with barbeque.
Ground floor: kitchen/dining/living room, double bedroom and bathroom. The dining area has exit to the terraces.
Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms (two with en suite bathrooms with shower units), single bedroom and a separate bathroom.
Villa Iris accommodates comfortably up to 9 guests, but in case you arrive in a bigger group, we can suggest accommodation in two apartments nearby. Each apartment accommodates up to 4 persons.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen – 4 gas burners, 2 ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dish-washer, toaster, hood, coffee filter machine, coffee maker (espresso), juicer, microwave; washing machine, air conditioning in the sitting room and all the bedrooms, satellite TV, Hi-fi, DVD player, hair drier, iron, ironing board, barbecue, garden furniture, Internet connection, deck chairs, private pool, garden, 3 parking spots

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 5 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, electricity, water, gas, final cleaning, linen, towels, garden and pool maintenance, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 300 Euro.
Baby cot and high chair: available on request.
