It is located at Sumartin on the island of Brac, only 20 minutes car drive from the island airport and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. This villa is featured by exceptional design which combines world known Brac stone with high quality furniture from all over the world aiming to create pampering, yet lush atmosphere for its guests. Another prominent detail of villa Sumartin are glass floor-to-ceiling windows which offer undisturbed sea view in every room. All rooms have their own terrace and a king size bed, 4 of which are separable. Villa Sumartin has 3 floors and interestingly, an elevator, and one bedroom specifically designed for disabled people. The villa also offers a spa area with sauna and infra-red therapy, a gym room and there is even a pool if you are in for billiards game. Outside the villa there is a barbecue area with summer kitchen in addition to numerous other amenities for sports activities like infinity edge heated swimming pool, boules, and a floating dock with moorings from which you can go kayaking for instance. Parking space is ensured in a garage.
