Villa Noemie is an oasis of calm in the luxury beachside of Stikovica, an elite part of Dubrovnik. As soon as you cross the door and enter the house you begin to appreciate how lovely this designer villa is. Noemie is heaven to all lovers of true luxury and finer things in life. The villa is lavishly furnished with exquisite materials, these superlative designer furniture creations give a sense of just how opulent a vacation can be. In 6 double bedrooms and villa Noemie can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. There is also an adjacent apartment where two extra persons can be accommodated on request, at extra surcharge.
The house spreads over 3 levels. An elevator leading from parking to living room is an added convenience for guests with reduced mobility. The ground floor consists of spacious, open-concept area with floor-to-ceiling windows. The central part is lounge area, next to it there is a large dining table while fully equipped kitchen is separated from the rest of the room by black marble partition with integrated fireplace. On the upper floors there are super spacious ensuite bedrooms with spectacular sea view. The apartments are situated in the back of the villa and are ideal for staff or for persons who cherish their private moments. The delightful villa manager provides an amazing service 24/7.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 90 days before arrival.
The price includes: villa rent, use of all facilities in the villa, villa manager, baby cot and high chair, private parking at property, change of bed linen two times a week, welcome with Chef, finger food and wine tasting, pre - stocking, Wi Fi, change of towels twice a week, twice the week delivery service (additional services will be charged extra), tourist tax, concierge services, daily housekeeping service
