Villa Adria is a traditional stone house, built in 1914 and renovated in 2013, located in Sisan near Pula. It is an excellent choice for everyone looking to spend a relaxing and individual vacation, but still looking to be near to the sea and the beach (3 km) as well as to other facilities (town Pula and Medulin – only 10 minutes drive away; nature park Kap Kamenjak, NP Brijuni islands).
Property of villa Adria consists of two separate stone houses which were renovated according to the latest modern and technical standards. There are a total of 4 double and 2 single bedrooms in the villa, 4 bathrooms with shower units, 1 separate toilette, 2 kitchens, dining and living rooms. The outdoor area comprises a nice covered barbecue area and private pool with sun lounges.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen – refrigerator, coffee filter machine, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher; washing machine, barbeque, LCD satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi Internet, safe, alarm, air conditioning, heating, fire place, baby cot available, terrace with furniture, private pool, parking.
