Villa Laura is a newly built villa that sleeps comfortably up to 12 guests. It is located in the peaceful village of Ribari, near Sveti Lovrec (5 km distance, post office, grocery store, restaurants). The beach is at 20 km distance from the property and the Pula airport 40 km.
Villa Laura is a modern and tastefully decorated villa. It consists of the main house, pool house and separate house, covered terrace with lounge area, barbeque and beautiful swimming pool.
Main house:
Ground floor – fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, 4 electric ring, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine), dining table, air conditioning, toilet (washing machine), living room (satellite TV, sofa bed), exit to the terrace and pool area.
First floor – double bedroom with en suite shower room and air conditioning; double bedroom with en suite shower room, air conditioning, view to the pool area.
Pool house (ground floor) – double bedroom (air conditioning, exit to the pool area), shower room, double bedroom (air conditioning, exit to the pool area).
Separate house (ground floor) – twin bedroom (air conditioning, exit to the garden), shower room, play room with pool table and darts.
Outdoor area: covered terrace with furniture, lounge area, barbeque built in stone, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 1,5 m), 6 sun lounges, parking for 4 cars (gated), outdoor shower, table tennis, 4 bikes.
Next to villa Laura is our beautiful Villa Lara**** that sleeps up to 6+2 persons. These two villas can be combined together by bigger groups of friends and/or family members.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, bed linen and towels, pool towels, final cleaning, bluetooth speaker, tourist tax, Wi-Fi Internet, table tennis outside, pool table and darts, filter Coffee machine, hairdryer, 4 bikes.
Security deposit: 500 Euro.
Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay:
20.06. – 29.08.2020.: 7 days, arrivals on Saturday.
Other periods: 5 days, arrivals any day of the week.
