Villa Tena is placed in the small and peaceful east Istrian village of Puntera which overlooks the valley of river Rasa. It is located at only 2 km distance from the charming medieval village Barban where you’ll find the nearest grocery store, bank and bar. In its surrounding, there are several wild beaches such as Blaz, Krnica and Rakalj. Further beaches can be found in the tourist centers Rabac (23 km distance) and Krnica (16 km). The nearest restaurant is in walking distance from the house.
Villa Tena is a pretty stone villa placed on a small private property, which is fenced by stone. It is ideal for families and/or friends looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in rural surrounding.
Ground floor: connected kitchen (2 ring electric hob/fridge/freezer/microwave), dining and living area (SAT/TV, DVD, stereo, open fire place), shower room (shower, washing machine, toilet, washbasin).
First floor: 2 twin bedrooms, shower room, double bedroom, bathroom (bath, toilet).
Outdoor: swimming pool, covered terrace, table, chairs, barbeque.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen; washing machine, barbeque, satellite TV, stereo, DVD, Wi-Fi Internet, air conditioning in every room, terrace with furniture, baby cot available, parking, pool.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the villa, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, tourist tax, Wi-Fi Internet.
Security deposit: 300 Euro.
Minimum stay:
15.06. – 07.09.2024.: 7 days, day of arrival is Saturday.
Other periods: minimum stay is 5 days.
Small pets allowed (max. 1): 15 Euro/day.
