Luxury villa Majda, placed in a small village on the Riviera of Makarska in a peaceful and sunny position, is a modern equipped villa, built in traditional Dalmatian style. The sea and the nearest pebble beach are only 1 km away from the villa while other beaches (stone beach 2 km, nudist beach 3 km) are to be found in the surrounding. All other necessary facilities (restaurants, ambulance, exchange office…) can be found at 1 km distance from the property. The Split airport is only 80 km away.
This charming and comfortable villa welcomes groups of friends and/or family members of up to 6 persons. It consists of a basement, ground and first floor and has a lovely outdoor area with pool.
Basement: gym, jacuzzi for 3 persons (2 x 1,6 m), infra red sauna with color therapy, shower, darts, vine cellar with a great choice of Croatian wines, “rakija” and delicacies which can be purchased from the owner. The basement is equipped with LCD satellite TV, CD player, MP3, air conditioning / heating, laundry room – washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Ground floor: living room (air conditioning / heating, fire place, LCD satellite TV, CD player, MP3, safe deposit box), toilet, kitchen and dining room for 6 persons with floor heating.
First floor: double bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm, LCD satellite TV, air conditioning, balcony) with private bathroom (floor heating, bath tub, hair dryer); triple bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm, single bed 90 x 200 cm, LCD satellite TV, air conditioning, balcony with table and two chairs, telescope) with private bathroom (floor heating, shower, hair dryer).
Outdoor: the garden is fully surrounded by a stone wall, outdoor pool, outdoor shower, barbeque, sun lounges, seating corner. Covered private parking is at 80 m distance from the villa.
Villas facilities: fully equipped kitchen – stove, oven, kitchen hood, fridge, freezer, dish washer, kettle, coffee filter machine, toaster; wash machine, air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, Hi-Fi, CD player, DVD, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, baby cot and high chair available upon request, safe deposit box, wireless internet access, jacuzzi, private pool, gym, sauna, covered parking.
